WebApi cookie plus Active Directory authentication

i have web api uses cookie authentication , works fine cookie , able utilize rest endpoints mvc app.

now want utilize api windows service , cannot have cookie. have utilize active directory. how can open web api utilize authenticate using cookie , if there no cookie, utilize advertisement authentication ?
